v3 GetPrefixes

Description:

Retrieves a list of prefixes for a specific area.
You will need to use the "uuid" parameter for the next API function. 

URI:

https://api.multitel.net/v3/getprefixes/${area uuid}

Parameters:

area uuid (obtained from the output of the getAreas function)
