G'day mate! Our equipment is now active in Sydney, Australia.

We have added the following countries to our DID/origination coverage list:

Bolivia, Honduras, Bahamas, Ecuador, Nicaragua, British Virgin Islands, Nepal, Paraguay, and Turks and Caicos

Our equipment is now online in our New York colocation. Also, we have left the Waveform colocation facilities in Michigan.

This brings us now to 4 points of presence within North America.

This new website version provides better integration for our Hosted PBX product, adds new functionality for white label resellers and uses our geo-redundant colocations within North America.

Our 2 Factor Authentication service has been launched - it is based on our existing SMS/Texting and Voice products and should integrate seamlessly with any website.

Our equipment is now online in our London based colocation. This is providing geographical redundancy to our Rugby, UK teleport colocation.

Our "Cost Control" feature has been launched. Here are the features you are getting:

- Allow outbound calling only towards a predefined list of countries (drag and drop interface).  This can be set per termination IP address, per SIP Account, per PBX or for the whole MultiTEL account

- Set limits on maximum call rate per minute and maximum call cost per day.

- When using SIP accounts or Hosted PBX - use geoIP tagging to only allow SIP registrations from within a certain country

- When using the Hosted PBX - limit registration to certain IP addresses or networks only

- Alerting available via SMS , E-Mail or HTTP POST when above rules are matching your current traffic

You will notice that each resource that can produce outbound calls ( Termination IP addresses, SIP Accounts , PBX, etc ) will now have a cost control button. That will open up a modal window, allowing you to define the above settings.
